Important AGM information
Hold the phone! Sunova Credit Union and Hubert Financial’s Annual General Meeting is back in business.
We are pleased to announce that our AGM will be held entirely via telephone conference on Tuesday, July 7 at 7:00 pm.
For any interested members, you will need to contact us at 1.855.448.2378 no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, July 3 to pre-register for the meeting and to receive the call-in information. Pre-registration is mandatory.

What else do you need to know?
The AGM will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. However, members may begin calling in as early as 6:45 pm. Once you connect and enter the passcode you received from our member service team, you will be asked to state and spell your name, and identify your home branch. You will then be placed on hold until the AGM begins. Instructions will be given at the beginning of the call regarding approval or opposition of motions and how to ask questions during the Q & A portion of the agenda.
Although we can’t meet in person, we value the input of our members and look forward to having you all join us on July 7.
