Help HQ calls now recorded

For training and quality assurance purposes, all inbound and outbound calls to Hubert’s contact centre, Help HQ, will be recorded, provided consent from you, the member, is given.

If you do not wish to have your call recorded, there are other options available to you, such as online banking or email.

All recording data will be kept in our systems for six months. Under CASL regulations you do have the right to access a record of your call. Just submit a request in writing to Hubert’s privacy officer and they’ll help you out in no time.
