Notice of The Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Sunova Credit Union Limited will be hosted via Zoom webinar at 7:00 pm CST on April 28, 2022. Members must pre-register no later than 5:00 pm CST on Wednesday, April 27 using the link below. Once the membership is verified, an email with the meeting link will follow.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  1. Receive and consider the annual report;
  2. Receive and consider the financial statements and report of the auditors;
  3. Appoint auditors;
  4. Transact such other business, including Special Business, as may properly come before
    the meeting or an adjournment thereof.
