Hubert GO Mobile App Issues

We are aware of a current issue with the Hubert GO mobile app where members are unable to transfer funds between accounts, make bill payments (including Collabria card payments), or create stop payments.

In anticipation of the database integration taking place September 22-24, we won’t be making any updates to the mobile app as Hubert members will use the Access CU mobile app as of September 24 in the evening when services are restored.

We ask you to please use the Hubert GO website to complete these transactions until our integration is complete on September 24, 2023.
